Cadí Vacances is located in a high mountain area, just 150 km from Barcelona, at the foot of the Pedraforca massif and on the southern slope of the Sierra del Cadí, in the heart of the Gósol Valley. At 1400m it is the highest mountain resort in Catalonia. Surrounded by great peaks, it is a hiker’s paradise. We enjoy white landscapes in winter and pleasant temperatures in summer.
The campsite is located at the southern entrance of Gósol, one of the most beautiful villages in the Catalan Pyrenees that preserves the traditional mountain architecture and is known for the stay of the famous painter Pablo Picasso in the summer of 1906.

WHAT ACTIVITIES CAN WE DO?
Enjoy Cadí Vacaciones' leisure facilities: outdoor swimming pools, multi-sport court, climbing wall, paddle tennis, spa, games room, and children's playground.
Paddle Tennis: Court rental, 60 minutes €12, 90 minutes: €16 / 4 people, equipment included. Book an appointment at T. 636 066 465.
Spa & Wellness:
- Adults Only SPA (18+): Access to the heated whirlpool, sensation shower, Finnish sauna, and relaxation area.
- Family SPA (all ages): Access to the heated whirlpool and sensation shower. For child safety, the sauna will be closed during the family session.

Pedraforca Adventure Park: It has 7 treetop circuits, with zip lines, nets, Tibetan bridges, Tarzan jumps, and all kinds of high-altitude games that will allow you to enjoy the heights safely and with the whole family. IS THERE ANIMATION SERVICE?
WHAT SERVICES DO WE OFFER?
- Reception: 24-hour telephone service at 636 066 465.
- Small Pantry: Mini shop next to the bar where you will find the most basic items: milk, drinks, charcoal, etc.
- Oven: Serving hot bread and pastries every morning. Preferably by order.
- Bar/Cafeteria: Takeaway: cannelloni, croquettes, chips, pizzas, etc.
- Tapas, sandwiches, and pizzas. We do not offer gluten-free products or products for other food intolerances.
HOW IS INTERNET ACCESS?
The Gósol Valley is a very closed valley, surrounded by high mountains. Its spectacular landscape makes mobile data reception difficult. Vodafone and Movistar are the only two telephone companies that serve the area.
Cadí Vacances offers free Wi-Fi in the common areas: bar, restaurant, terrace, and mini-club.

To access Wi-Fi in the accommodation or on the pitch, you must book an individual wireless router (€7/day) for a minimum of 2 days.

WHAT SERVICES DOES GÓSOL OFFER?
Cadí Vacances is located at the southern entrance to the village of Gósol. You can access all its services on foot.
All of Gósol's bars, restaurants, and shops are concentrated around the Plaza Mayor.
The grocery stores have everything but are small. If you want to make a big purchase in Berga, there are large stores: Bon Preu, Carrefour, etc.
- Postal Service: Monday to Friday, 12 p.m. to 12:15 p.m.
- Weekly Market: Thursdays in the Plaza Mayor.

WHAT DO I PUT IN MY SUITCASE?
Cadí Vacances is located at 1,400 meters above sea level, and the weather can change suddenly from one day to the next, so you'll need to pack a selection of layers of clothing that you can add or remove depending on the weather.
Also, bring at least one warm sweater, such as a fleece jacket, a raincoat or umbrella, and comfortable walking shoes. Even if it's summer, remember that it can get chilly in the evening.
If it's winter, you'll need a windbreaker, a scarf, gloves, and warm boots.
AND IF I HAVE RENTED A BUNGALOW, WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
The bungalows and cabins are equipped with basic kitchen utensils so you can cook and eat comfortably. However, we recommend bringing utensils you are used to cooking with from home, such as a special ladle, a knife, etc.
The kitchen utensils you should definitely bring from home are:
- Tablecloth and napkins
- Kitchen towels
- Kitchen utensil racks, salt shaker, and mortar
- If you need a hand blender, we can leave it for you at reception.
The inventory varies slightly depending on the type of accommodation. To be on the safe side, you can check the inventory of the accommodation you have booked here: INVENTORY
The refrigerator in the Cadí, Pedraforca, and Serra del Verd bungalows is large. The refrigerator in the other accommodations is small, under the counter, with a small freezer, like a drawer. Please keep this in mind!
Bed linens and towels are included in the Cadí bungalows. Bed linen is also included in the Pedraforca and Picasso bungalows. Bed linen is optional in the other bungalows. You can bring it from home; the beds are 135 x 190 and 80 x 190. You also have the option to rent it upon reservation. The rates are for the entire stay:
- Double sheets: €7.
- Single sheets: €6.
- Set of two towels: €5.
- Blankets are always included.
All accommodations have a cleaning kit with a scouring pad, a cloth, and a trash bag. There is also a dish soap dispenser and a dishwasher soap bar if the accommodation has one.
You will find one complimentary roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. If you are staying for a longer period, you can bring more or buy them at the campsite store.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR END-OF-STAY CLEANING?
- The kitchenware is clean and tidy.
- The appliances are completely clean: refrigerator, countertop, microwave, etc.
- There is no trash or food in the refrigerator/freezer.
- The barbecue is clean. For safety reasons, ashes must be left in the metal bucket.
DO WE HAVE A BARBECUE?
ARE THERE WASHING MACHINES AND DRYERS?
There's a laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer. They operate with two €2 coins. Soap capsules are sold in the shop.
WHAT TIME CAN I ENTER THE CAMPSITE?
- Check-in from 4:00 PM.
- Check-out before 11:00 AM.
If the following day is a weekday, you can request a check-out before 4:00 PM at reception for a €10 supplement.
Pitches:- Check-in from 12:00 PM.

CAN I COME WITH MY PET?
Pets are welcome at Cadí Vacances, except for those animals or dog breeds considered potentially dangerous under current legislation. To enjoy a pleasant stay, you only need to respect a few basic rules:
- Keep your documentation in order.
- Always keep them on a leash.
- Avoid some common areas such as the playground or the pool.
In the accommodations, you must indicate in advance if you will be accompanied by your pet. In some accommodations, their presence is not permitted.
Animals cannot be left alone in the accommodations, as it is a strange home for them, they may feel abandoned, and we do not know how they may react.

The most common way to get there is by private vehicle, but there is also a shuttle service that runs between Guardiola del Berguedà and Gósol.

Due to the high altitude, the climate is mild in summer and cold in winter. The air is clean and dry, avoiding fog and humidity. This is very healthy for everyone, but especially for people with respiratory problems or joint pain.

Enjoy the mountains, but do so with maximum safety. You may or may not reach the summit, but returning home is a must. Remember the motto of experienced mountaineers: Mountains don't move!
Stay safe and sound by following these 5 basic rules:
- Plan and inform others about the route you're taking.
- Adapt the planned routes according to their physical condition.
- Check the weather forecast. Keep in mind that the weather in the mountains can suddenly change for the worse.
- Bring the necessary equipment: map, compass, flashlight, water, warm clothing, and a cell phone.
- Choose safe routes marked with signs, signals, or milestones.

Preserving the landscape and the way of life of its inhabitants is essential for everyone. Always leave the slightest trace of your presence. Remember the saying: leave it as you would like to find it. Limit yourself to taking photographs and keep only the images as souvenirs.
