Bungalows and Pods

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Until 11:00 PM with prior notice.
Check-out: from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

  • The Late Check-out option is not guaranteed; we will confirm it at check-in.
  • Quiet hours: from 11 PM to 8:00 AM

Refundable Deposit

Deposit of €30 per Pod and €60 per Bungalow for cleaning or damage. As the reservation holder, you authorize Cadí Vacances to charge the amount for any damage caused by misuse or disappearance of equipment, furniture and facilities, as well as the extra cleaning service. If everything is fine, we will refund the entire deposit to your card within a maximum of 7 days after departure.

Occupancy

  • Under no circumstances may the number of places admitted according to the model be exceeded.
  • Additional tents or farmers are not allowed next to the bungalow.

Pets

We accept pets in most bungalows but NOT in all. It is necessary to notify when making the reservation. It carries a supplement. Maximum 2 animals per accommodation. If you come with one or two pets without having previously booked, it may imply the cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund. We do not accept dogs considered as PPP (potentially dangerous) according to current legislation.

If you bring a pet, you must take the following safety and hygiene measures:

  1. Within the entire campsite and in common areas, always keep the animal tied up.
  2. Have an updated health card and a contracted civil liability insurance that covers the compensation for damages that it may cause to people, things or other animals.
  3. Do not leave the animal alone inside a bungalow, pod, caravan or tent.
  4. Do not allow it to disturb other campers with barking or other actions.
  5. Collect the droppings and throw them in the specific red container located at the entrance.
  6. In case of not complying with any of these rules, I agree to leave the campsite immediately and not claim the amount of the unfinished stay.

Plots

Check-in: from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Until 11:00 PM with prior notice.
Check-out: from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

  • Quiet hours: from 11 PM to 8:00 AM
  • The campsite reserves the right to change the assigned plot. It will be mandatory to have at least civil liability insurance. If you have gas, it is necessary to present a copy of the Periodic Review Certificate and the policy at reception.

Plots

The reservation of accommodation or a plot implies acceptance of the following contract conditions:

  • The reservation is personal and non-transferable and is considered valid once your deposit has been received.
  • The contracted period may not be modified (neither shortened nor lengthened) and must be paid in full.
  • The campsite reserves the right to change the accommodation/plot and offer another equivalent one.
  • The reservation will not be considered firm until the total amount of the deposit has been paid.

Payments

  • The deposit will be 50% of the amount of the reservation by credit card at the same time as the online reservation.
  • Once the deposit has been received, the reservation will be confirmed by email. The rest of the pending amount will be charged upon arrival. Cadí Vacances reserves the right to charge 100% of the total stay on certain dates or in reservations with special conditions.

Cancellation of the Reservation

  • Loss of 10% of the deposit if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date.
  • Loss of 50% if the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date.
  • Loss of 100% if the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the arrival date.
  • Cancellations must be requested in writing by email to: info@cadivacances.com
  • Cancellations due to force majeure have the same conditions described above.
  • These conditions are accepted by the client at the time of making the reservation. This agreement between the client and the campsite implies the non-application of article 26 of Decree 159/2012.
  • In the event that the client changes the dates of an already effective reservation, it will be understood as a new reservation and will also be subject to the cancellation conditions.

Termination of the Contract

If the bungalow or plot is not occupied by the owner before 8:00 PM on the contract date without prior written notice to the email: info@cadivacances.com, the contract will be automatically canceled, which will result in the loss of the amount delivered. In case of leaving the accommodation or plot before the scheduled date, there will be no refund. Cadí Vacances reserves the right to re-contract the bungalow or plot.

Facilities

Cafeteria open weekends in low season and every day in high season, except in exceptional cases.

Rules of Use and Internal Regulations

The client with a seasonal contract has the right to temporary accommodation service by the campsite through the granting of the right of access and stay on a plot with a caravan or module. The client may not sell or transfer any property within the campsite facilities without prior written authorization from the campsite, nor may the sale be advertised with posters displayed within the campsite.

Mandatory Security Measures

The client is responsible for all their facilities and goods with respect to compliance with the regulations applicable in each case and must have sufficient theft, fire and civil liability insurance, a copy of which must be presented at reception in the moment of the beginning of the stay. Failure to deliver this policy implies the immediate termination of the contract by the campsite. If the client has butane or propane cylinders on the plot, whether or not they are used, they must have the corresponding review certificate. A copy of this certificate must be delivered to reception. Failure to deliver this current certificate implies the immediate termination of the contract by the campsite. The signing of the contract implies acceptance of these security measures.

Measures Adopted at the Reception

  • The security protocols established by the Govern will be strictly followed. Signage will inform of the measures applied, the procedure to follow and the capacity.
  • Entry to reception will be limited and the interpersonal safety distance of two meters will be maintained. The use of a mask is mandatory.
  • Direct contact will be limited by protective screens and the team will always assist you with a mask.
  • External surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected after each customer’s attention.
  • Disinfectant ice will be provided in the common areas of the campsite and restaurant.
  • Online check-in will be facilitated so that your stay at Reception is minimal.
  • The keys to the accommodations will be disinfected before being delivered and their collection at Reception will be carried out by a single person.
  • Payment will preferably be made by card. The dataphone will be protected and disinfected in each use.

Measures Adopted in the Service Block

  • The interpersonal safety distance of two meters will be maintained. The use of a mask will be mandatory when this distancing cannot be guaranteed.
  • Disinfectant gel will be provided at the access.
  • The cleaning frequency will be increased according to current legislation.
  • Cleaning and disinfection will be carried out with certified virucidal disinfectant products authorized by the Ministry of Health.
  • A specific cleaning will be carried out of those manipulable and high-contact elements such as taps, switches, handrails, showers, doors and handles, etc.

Measures Adopted in the Accommodations

  • The accommodations will be cleaned and disinfected after each stay with certified viricides authorized by the Ministry of Health.
  • A specific cleaning will be carried out of those manipulable and high-contact elements such as taps, switches, handrails, showers, furniture, appliances, doors and handles, etc.
  • The remote controls will be protected with a bag.
  • When the possibility or availability exists, the accommodations will be assigned prioritizing those in which
    clients have not stayed during the 48 hours prior to the arrival of the new client.

Measures Adopted in the Common Areas

  • The interpersonal safety distance of two meters will be maintained. The use of a mask will be mandatory when this distancing cannot be guaranteed.
  • The cleaning frequency will be increased according to current legislation.
  • Cleaning and disinfection will be carried out with certified virucidal disinfectant products authorized by the Ministry of Health.
  • A specific cleaning will be carried out of those manipulable and high-contact elements such as taps, switches, handrails, showers, doors and handles, etc.
  • During phase 1 the use of fountains is prohibited. During the rest of the Phases, its use is prohibited for drinking directly. Hand disinfection will be necessary before and after each use.
  • Some services may remain temporarily closed depending on current legislation.

  • Cleaning and disinfection will be carried out with certified virucidal disinfectant products authorized by the Ministry of Health.
  • A specific cleaning will be carried out of those manipulable and high-contact elements such as doors and handles, shelves, etc.
  • Food products and cleaning products will be sold.
  • Payment will preferably be made by card. The dataphone will be protected and disinfected in each use.

Measures Adopted in the Bar-Restaurant

  • The security protocols established by the Govern will be strictly followed. Signage will inform of the measures applied, the procedure to follow and the capacity. The use of the bar counter is restricted according to government requirements in each phase. The interpersonal safety distance of two meters will be maintained.
  • The client will have disinfectant ice available. The waiters will always assist you with a mask.
  • After each service, the surfaces used (tables, chairs, bar, etc.) will be cleaned and disinfected.
  • The cleaning frequency will be increased according to current legislation. Cleaning and disinfection will be carried out with certified virucidal disinfectant products authorized by the Ministry of Health.
  • A specific cleaning will be carried out of those manipulable and high-contact elements such as doors and handles, sinks, taps, etc.
  • Payment will preferably be made by card. The dataphone will be protected and disinfected in each use.
